XFCE: no title bar in one application only
I have a VirtualBox with Ubuntu 12.04.1 and the env command says:
GDMSESSION=xubuntu
XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP=XFCE
I've just installed the latest version of Squirrel SQL Client and It has no title bar at all (no system menu, no maximize/minimize/close button). It's the only application that has this problem, any other works fine.
I've found several posts describing a similar problem but it was system-wide, not limited to one application. I've tried rm -R ~/.cache/sessions/* followed by logout/login (see http://askubuntu.com/a/276953/160225) but nothing changed.
Any idea?
